Hi there,
Thanks for posting. It's probably a good idea to re-take the GMAT, yes, especially with your GPA in undergrad being generally lower than average. I have seen tons of people bump up from a 680 or so to 710-730, so it's very do-able! (I was a Kaplan Test Prep GMAT teacher for years). I'd suggest some quality prep between now and the re-take, it could make that difference!
There's not a lot to go on here for an overall profile eval so far; just that the undergrad GPA is on the low side; yes you had law school since then, generally could be a plus but academics aren't so outstanding so as to totally offset the u-grad GPA... so a stellar GMAT would really help!
Other things that would greatly influence your admissions chances that I don't know here include:
-your leadership experience
-extracurricular and community involvement
-people & project management experience; accomplishments; examples where you've made an impact, etc
-your REASONS for pursing the MBA (very important, especially coming from law, just want to make sure you have a clear story of how your next steps will play out)
-your essays, recommendations, etc.
Right now best chances on your list are Tepper and UCLA; the others could be challenging at this point based on the limited info I have here. Keep me posted and good luck! Happy to help further.
