Hi,
1. In some SC I'm left with two options, both of which are grammatically correct but slightly dissimilar by meaning.
Which one should I prioritize? What methods do you use to fix the issue?
2. Usually POE allows to cross out 3 of 5 answer choices because of presence of obvious errors. And 2 left ones look "not good enough" to pick any of them. How do you compare these 2 options?
I know that many mistakes come from the lack of understanding of grammar concepts (especially in case 2), but no one is able to learn/remember/grasp all rules. There must be some good methods how to overcome the difficulty in minutes of uncertainty?

Did you get a chance to go through my debrief? I have clearly mentioned the scenario of what to do when you are stuck at two options. If you have not gone through that, take a look.
To answer your 1st question:
Original Meaning of the sentence MUST always be maintained if you have an answer choice that is both logically and grammatically correct. If you don't find any such option, then you can change the meaning.
