B)...the conlusion is that the electric vehicles are better for commuters than for people who make long trips. we look for a statement that undermines the fact that these vehicles are advisable for commuters. B) says that many commuters drive more than 50km and so they need to recharge the battery more often during the day. so thats a point that is a disadvantage for commuters and undermines the conclusion of the author.

It's tough. I choose C however. HH......mmm. Try to explain

Conclusion: for those who occationally take extended trip, the traditional cars should be used, so the elec-cars cann't be used. But C states that one plan has a plan to use one kind of car after the other, so customers, in compliance with the plan, have no choice to do different. So C works to weaken the conclusion.

weakens => that many, and not only the above find time to be a barrier to recharge the batteries.

B seems to be correct .
