after last year's disaster mock scores scoring 400 in March month and 360 in May month,

This person went from a 420 base to a balanced 730. They used a variety of resources and mention some tips you may find helpful. All the best with the prep.

I know the concepts but I am not able to give the exam the justice it needs.

If you feel your fundamentals are solid, consider working on your solving approach. May help boost your performance a bit. Consider working with a study buddy with strong Verbal or Quant skills to see how they approach the sections.

How to score high on the GMAT. Why solving approach is important.

I have GMAT Club Tests with me, and now what should be my next strategy? Also take multiple free tests available such as the Manhattan Prep mock, Varsity tutors, etc ??
Create custom tests in TTP? Anything more specific which would be helpful
I would use GMAT Club Tests for quant and use the other tests you mentioned as well.

If you have already answered all the TTP questions, creating custom tests on TTP may be somewhat helpful but not ideal for getting experience in handling the overall GMAT test experience.
