Just wondering, does the ETS or now Pearson release the number of 800 scorers per year? just wondering how many actually do that?

not very many for sure... and this should not bother neither you nor anybody who wants to score well... it sure can provide some entertainment to be brave and claim that "I got 800", but there is no way to verify this... so don't worry, cause you'll never know the truth unless you achieve it yourself

I remember reading that it's 1 in like 13,500 I think. So if 200,000 people take the GMAT every year, that means between 10-20 people probably get an 800 each year.
