= 6 x (5/3)(20/10)(6/4)
= 30

Let's say 1 job = 10 toys, then

Each men work can finish 1 job in x hours, then 5 men will finish 5/x job in 1 hour.

So now we have:
1 job = 36 hours
so 5/x * 36 = 1
x = 180 hours

So now we have 3/x job in 1 hour. 1 job will take x/3 hours = 60 hours. We're told they need to complete 2 jobs (20 toys), so they need 120 hours. They work 4 hours a day, so they need 30 days to complete the work.
