A certain farmer pays $30 per acre per month to rent farmland. how much does the farmer pay per month to rent a rectangular plot of farmland that is 360 feet by 605 feet? (3560 square feet = 1 acre)

a) $5330
b) $3360
c) $1350
d) $360
e) $150

((360*605)/356)*30 ~= ((360 * 600) / 350) * 30 ~= $1835

haha..i got ~$1800 too..looks like BKK and i are now conjoined mathematicians..

hmmm... i seem to be calculating an answer not present...

360 x 605 = 217,800 sq feet

3,560 / 217,800 = approx 61 acres

61 acres x $30 = approx $1,830
