Total distance = 120*2= 240 Km
Total gallons used = 4+6 = 10
Average mileage is 24.

Or average gallons used is 5 per trip and 120/5 = 24 miles per gallon

onward milegae 120/30 ; 4 gallon
and retrun 120/20; 6 gallon
total distance = 240
total fuel = 10 gallon
avg 240/10 ; 24
