Cash reserves spent in 10 days = $1*10=$10

Total cash reserves available =$10,000

A. 0.0001%
B. 0.001%
C. 0.01%
D. 0.1%
E. 1%

Official Explanation

This question is essentially asking, "What percent of $10,000 is $10?" Fair enough. Let's form a fraction:

10/10,000 = 1/1,000 = 10^(-3)

This is a fraction, not a percent. For the percent, we lose two decimal places, so it's 0.1%.

The correct answer is (D).
