A digital camera salesman earns a commision of \$12 per camera for the first 10 cameras he sells each day. If the salesman earns a commision of \$16 a camera for each one sold over 10, how many cameras did he sell today?

(1) Yesterday the camera salesman sold 10 cameras.
(2) The salesman earned \$48 in commision more today than yesterday.

OA should be C.
1. Not sufficient. Tells only the no. of cameras sold yesterday. Not useful to determine the cameras sold today.
2. Not suff. Tells only the profit in excess of yesterday as 48 dollars. 48 being a multiple of both 12 and 16, cant tell what excactly the no. of cameras sold.

Combining both, We know that yesterday 10 cameras sold. So today, according to 48 dollar profit, 3 more cameras sold. i.e., 13 cameras sold today.

So, C should be the answer.
