A is twice fast as B .

then time will be in inverse proportion.

So time taken by A = B/2 = 9 mins

B is thrice fast as C then time takne by C = 3*B = 3*18=54

difference = 45 mins

A=2B; B=3C;

B takes 18 mins to do the job. From the formula w=r*t, we get
1/B=18

Similarly, by substituting we get rates of A and C as,
1/A=9 and 1/C=54

Difference - 54-9=45 mins
