Statement 1:

We are given two linear and independent equations on the two prices, so this would be sufficient at a glance. The two equations are \(O + T = 80\) and \(T = 90\% * O\). Sufficient.

Statement 2:

This only allows us to find \(O + T\) only. Insufficient.
