Let the unknown measure of angle be $$= x$$

Ratio of angles $$= 3 : 8 : 9$$

$$3x + 8x + 9x = 20x$$

Angles in a triangle add to $$180^{\circ}$$.

$$20x = 180$$

$$x = \frac{180}{20} = 9$$

Therefore measure of largest angle is;

$$9x = 9*9 = 81$$

Measure of the largest angle $$= 81^{\circ}$$
