Honestly, not terrible at first glance. Not liking the "which have....they also"...lack of parallelism here. Though "it" seems like it could refer to a variety of things, but hesitant to eliminate since the "it" seems to be clearly recognising the "increase in sales".

"Increase in sales" is singular. Verb should be singular form of "account."

(C) which also consumes less power, account for most of the 120% increase in revenues that the company experienced last year; the rest of it came

"Increase in sales" is singular. Verb should be singular form of "account." "Consumes" needs to match the plural verb "LED televisions"; it should be "consume", not "consumes."

(D) which also consume less power, accounts for most of the 120% increase in revenues that the company experienced last year, the rest of which came

Ah, the "which also" parallelism is much better here. Eliminate A. "Which" what? Here, "which" is trying to act as a subgroup modifier....and the "came" actually makes this into an independent clause, which can't be set off with commas. Also, pretty sure "which" can only refer to a noun...not a noun phrase like "increase in revenues."

Quote:
(E) which also consume less power, accounts for most of the 120% increase in revenues that the company experienced last year, the rest of the increase coming

"Which also" is much better here as well. Between D and E, E is a better option since "the increase" clears up the meaning.
