I searched around, but couldn't find anything useful in existing posts, so figured I'd just ask. I'm looking for a good advanced-level quant prep book.
I went through the MG math and a more basic review book, but any time I try a practice test, something new that wasn't covered or emphasized in either text comes up. Is there an advanced-level book with ample amount of practice questions that would cover most 700+/extra hard level material? Anything that has good "trivia" type summaries that can be just memorized, e.g. things like "perfect squares always have odd number of prime factors", and other such factoids that would be good to just know but are impossible to memorize from reading text and explanations?
Should also mention that I'm no so much interested in verbose descriptions of strategies, as I am in ample practice, all-inclusive coverage of GMAT topics, and straight-to-the-point explanations of most difficult parts. I went through about half of Kaplan 800 book, and find it to be pretty much a joke, the level of questions is nowhere near what I see on forums or some practice tests I tried. Also looked into MG Advanced book, but it seems to be a strategy book more so than what I'm looking for.
