After winning all four Grand Slam tennis tournaments for a record three years at a stretch, the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan duo are considered as America’s latest sports sensation.
A. the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan duo are considered as America’s - DUO is singular, so singular verb IS should be used. Moreover, CONSIDERED AS is unidiomatic. Hence Incorrect
B. the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan duo are being considered America’s - DUO is singular, so singular verb IS should be used. Moreover, Usage of BEING as a modifier is frowned upon in GMAT. Hence Incorrect
C. America considers the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan duo - Modifying clause "After Winning all four Grand Slam" should be followed by modified noun "the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan". Hence Incorrect.
D. the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan duo is being considered America’s Usage of BEING as a modifier is frowned upon in GMAT. Hence Incorrect
E. the Bob Bryan-Mike Bryan duo is considered America’s - CORRECT

E is best. sensation gives us clue that the verb should be singular. so A B OUT. c doesn't have any verb in independent clause. OUT. D has unnecessary word being. OUT. E is clear and concise with the above two errors rectified.

Target gmat against the odds.

after the ', ' the sentence should start with The bob B and Mike B duo.
No duo is single so verb followed has to be singular i.e. is in his case.
and E eliminates the incorrect consider as use. So answer is E
