I'm going with E.

The closest competetion is from A. The presence of 'although' requires a complementary sentence construction. E does that the best.

Chose E....

Right...A is the closest but somehow not all sounds better that all ... were not carried live

I also think it's E.
B has a wrong possessive, putting "Moscow" next to "proceedings" while it should aplly to "conference"
C changes the meaning.
D Moscow is misplaced in a rtoo long chain of attributes + the sentence uses the perfect tense it what seems to be an account of past events
E seems better than the original, with "not " being more appropriate before the phrase it negates and creates the right opposition: "though not... you could ...."

Not all.... is the preferred construction on the GMAT.

Select (E) and click confirm.
