M:F= 3:4 > M =3k, F=4k, k any constant(not=0). So 4k-3k=5. => K=5, => M=15. Ans. B

Lets assume , #male=$$3x$$ and #female=$$4x$$. Hence the Q-stem says $$(4-3)x$$ i.e. $$x =5$$
Hence #males=$$3x$$= $$3*5$$ =$$15$$ Hence Ans B
