M + W + C < 120

St1: M : W : C = 15x : 32x : 17x
If x = 1, M + W + C = 64
If x = 2, M + W + C = 128 (Not possible)
Sufficient

St2: Clearly Insufficient

Answer: A

Just wanted to know in ratios do we not consider x=0?

though I solved the question I had this doubt.
