I think your odds are good.
Geographically, I believe you'll have more options via Wharton. Haas places the vast vast majority of its students into shops in CA with over / around half staying in the bay area.
So ... if "tech vc" and "living in CA" is the goal, Haas is your school ... if it's anything else, Wharton goes to the top.
