While few reply to Thank you emails, many don't. Interviews play an important role in the sense that it presents an opportunity to get to know the person behind the application, your culture fit and to gauge your communication/ other behavioral skills. If you ask me, guess nothing! You had your interview and now focus on other schools or chill.
I'm still waiting for my interview, so you're in a much better position than I am if that's any help:)

Adcom members are very busy during the application season so I doubt they will reply soon or even reply at all. I am happy to be corrected if folks who have interviewed have had a different experience with respect to Adcom members replying to thank you emails.
Kellogg does interview a large chunk of the applicants so logic would suggest that probably its interview isn’t as big a factor as in other schools. So a great interview might not help you make it BUT I would imagine a poor interview has a big chance of breaking it for you.

Does Kellogg announce any rejections before December, or do all results (good and bad) get announced at the same time?
