While few reply to Thank you emails, many don't. Interviews play an important role in the sense that it presents an opportunity to get to know the person behind the application, your culture fit and to gauge your communication/ other behavioral skills. If you ask me, guess nothing! You had your interview and now focus on other schools or chill.

I'm still waiting for my interview, so you're in a much better position than I am if that's any help:)

Adcom members are very busy during the application season so I doubt they will reply soon or even reply at all. I am happy to be corrected if folks who have interviewed have had a different experience with respect to Adcom members replying to thank you emails.

Kellogg does interview a large chunk of the applicants so logic would suggest that probably its interview isn’t as big a factor as in other schools. So a great interview might not help you make it BUT I would imagine a poor interview has a big chance of breaking it for you.

I have a Kellogg interview coming up, but got dinged by Booth. Wondering if this means profile isn’t a general fit for M7 schools and Kellogg might not convert (have an interview just cos they invite most). Any similar experiences?

Don’t be disheartened , there is not such thing as general fit, you may be rejected by Booth but Kellogg might decide that you fit with their
school’s requirements

Any one has any idea on what is the acceptance rate / chance of conversion from interview to offer / average gmat etc for specific to 1Y program only?

Most of the data available online is for Kellogg as a whole. I have a 720 GPA and close to 10 years work experience in FMCG / Consumer tech and just got rejected by LBS. I am trying to get an idea on what are my realistic chances at Kellogg which is my top choice so I can plan accordingly .

Hi guys! Quick question. The Kellogg application offers the possibility to give an update on your candidacy (as far as I understand), by uploading optional supplemental information. I was promoted recently. Would it make sense to upload an updated CV? What do you guys think?

yes you got promoted, but updating your CV will require causing some impact in the role right? better to send an update like 2 weeks before decision date or so than to send updates in installments..
