There are 2 types of interview: with adcom and with alumni/students. If you are able to directly schedule your interview on the portal, means youre interviewing with adcom. If you only select timezone, means you will be matched with alumni/student (that can take time)

So.. for me the only available date is Jan 15th with Adcom. If I wait for a little bit longer do more dates open up? And if I wait out, would my interview type from ‘with AdCom’ change to ‘with alumni/student’?

I don’t mind who I’m interviewing with. I just want to know if more dates open up or not.

Not necessarily, Kellogg sends out interview invites in multiple batches as and when they have capacity (alumni/ current student interviewers or adcom interviewers are available). I wouldn’t fret a lot at this point

Update: I got matched up with an alumnus for my interview, 12h after I submitted my timezone.

Kellogg sent an email with my interviewer info and asked me to directly reach out to that interviewer to set up.

Hi all, I have a question. I submitted my application on 10th Jan. However, I have not been able to request an interview since. While my application portal does show the option "Request your interview", there are no available timeslots. Have also not received any email on scheduling the interview. What are the likely next steps? Will I be invited for the interview? or does that mean I have been given an interview waiver?

More interview slots will open-up. The AdCom typically opens up slot in batches, if you could not schedule an interview for the next week, keep an eye out for more slots on th eportal
