When were the interview invites for Round 1 (August 29, 2023) sent? Was it after 2 weeks or 3 weeks?

As per the information presented on the website, it was stated that a response would be provided within three weeks. We should expect some form of communication by the end of this week.

It was great, very conversational. I was asked the classic questions (e.g., why MBA, ST & LT goals, etc.) and a few that were specific to the industry I work in. The professor also shared several of their experiences and thoughts on the topics we discussed.

Any particular reason the UK job market is a big factor in your decision? Having the MBA from Judge would also give you opportunities to work elsewhere. I personally would take the UK job market into account but not in an overstated way.

I'm an R1 admit, however, I too, am a bit concerned regarding the current job market in the UK. It's a big factor for me mainly because I'd like to avoid the financial burden of paying back the education loan on a non UK/EU/US salary. Previous placement report shows that over 60% of the students stay in the UK post MBA. If the job market forces you to go back to your home-country, which also happens to be a developing nation with low salaries, it can cause a lot of financial stress.

Although, one thing I would also consider, is that should I choose to go ahead with Cambridge, I'd be facing the job market in 2025 and hopefully things would be better by then.
