A. though existing -- this is a fragment
B. with the presence of - the intended contrast is missing.
C. although there exist --correct choice
D. considering the --- the contrast missing
E. despite there exist ---despite, a preposition, cannot be followed by a clause

E is a preposition meaning 'in spite of' and can only be followed by a noun or noun phrase but not by a clause as in E.
