A. not only multiply sales by four times but also attract
This fails to use the right not only...but also construction. It also is pretty redundant/awkward. Multiply sales by four times? Why not just say quadruple?

B. quadruple sales but also attract

C. not only quadruple sales but also an attraction to
"Quadruple sales" cannot be parallel to "attraction to"....there must be a better option. These two phrases are not even in the same grammatical element class.

D. not only quadruple sales but also attract
This sentence properly utilises the not only....but also construction. "Quadruple" something and "attract" are good parallel elements.

E. not only quadruple sales by four times but also attract
This is redundant.
