Number of referrals made after 5 days / # of referrals after 1 day= 24/40*100= 60% It should not call people after 4 days because from 5th day onwards number of referrals reduce

Now let us take a look at bar 1 and bar 5, 40 x y% = 24, y = 60%

We need to figure out: 24 is WHAT % of 40? i.e 24 = (x/100)*40
Solving for x we get 60%.
