Interviewer: Danielle The interview was standard with the same set of 9-10 questions that have been mentioned on this thread. Having your narratives in place is beneficial. Over all, Her and I vibed well in the end, and had chat about her experiences in India. I felt that rather than the content of the answers, your communication, maturity & energy is gauged. All the best everyone :)

Interviewer: Danielle Spence Lasted ~20mins only. I joined around 15 mins early and so did Danielle! We had some connectivity issues in the beginning and during one answer but rest seemed fine. She started off with introducing herself and told me she had 8 questions. Asked me to be as to the point as possible. She was friendly. 1) Introduce yourself post graduation is less than 2 mins 2) Why Rotman 3)Elaborate on short term goals and long term goals. Back up plan in case STG does not work 4) Which other schools I had applied to 5) How will you contribute positively to Rotman? 6)Situation when you had a measurable impact on your organization? 7)Failure story 8) If Rotman granted you three wishes what would you want them to be? Post this she gave me the chance to ask her questions. All the best to everyone!!

Interviewed with Kathleen Glazier from the AdCom. Not a blind interview. Q1. Walk me through your resume. Q2. What is a regular day at your job? Q3. What roles did you take in teams you have worked during your career? Q4. What are your plans after MBA? Q5. How will an MBA help you with these goals? Q6. Why did you chose Foster? Q7. How will you involve at Foster? Q8. How will you use the Career Management center for your internship or job search? Q9. Tell me about a time you got a negative feedback. Q10. Do you have any questions for me? (She answered in detail and asked 'Any other questions' 3 times and the last time I mentioned I don't really have any other question but can you tell me about the COVID situation at UW after answering which she ended the interview.) Interview went for 35 min. Not as conversational as some of the other debriefs mentioned, probably because I was giving really long answers. But it was still quite conversational.

Interview was on skype and had 2 alumni, one from '10 batch and another from '13 batch. Both were from IT firms. Questions were mostly centred on my profile and essays. 1. Introduce yourself 2. How do you go about influencing people? Do you have any method for it? How do you benefit from it? Quality mentioned -> Influence 3. Why ProdMan and why specifically from ISB? 4. Follow up -> how isb will help in getting you the ProdMan role? 5. What is the most critical feedback you have received? 6. How would you give a feedback to others? Do you think influence and feedback go hand-in-hand? 7. Situational question How would you handle a person who is offended by a negative feedback? Answered it. Follow-up, how will you influence a person who is offended by the negative feedback and is not a rational person? (Couldn't answer) 8. Back to PM. Why do you specifically want to do a PM role? People at your age like to do many things at once. What interests you to become a PM? 9. What happens if you don't get to do an MBA? What happens if you don't get a PM role at ISB? 10. Any questions for us? The interviewers were very friendly and agreed to almost every thing i said (can't say if that's a good thing, though :P ), and interrupted me when i didn't answer in the right direction. No questions around hobbies, or extra-currics (though I had heavily demonstrated them both in essay and profile). They did ask me why IT after chemical engineering, though.

In no particular order: 1. Why MBA? 2. Why now? 3. Why Fuqua? 4. What does Team Fuqua mean to you? 5. Tell me about... - your greatest achievement - a failure - working with a difficult team - when you had to convince someone about something - a point of critical feedback and how you responded to it 6. What do you think are important components of a team? Interview was with a current student so they had a checklist of things they wanted to ask and were taking notes. Was done in about 45 mins, pretty easy-going conversation. They seemed a little bored but I'd assume (hopefully) that's probably cause this was the 1000th thing to do on their to-do list.

Interview time: 11:00 AM IST Duration: 35 min Panel no 2 There were 3 panellists, one a silent observer, I guess from adcom and 2 other alums, one from c018 and another co12. They started with introducing themselves and it was a straight dive into my entrepreneurship and venture. They asked many questions like challenges faced, my learning, given a chance to go back, would I do anything differently, plans of scaling up, a little about my experience as a software engineer. Overall a chilled one, not a stress interview. The last question was as usual " any questions for the panel ". They requested me to drop off from the call.

My interview was conducted with an Alum (Class of 2017) via Skype. We shared same academic background but apart from that our profile were totally different. The interviewer was very friendly and professional. Because we live in different country, she started off by asking about the COVID situation in my country then explain the interview process. The question was standard 1. Walk me through your Resume 2. Why you decided to switch your career - cause I completely change my industry 3. What is your typical day at work look like/ Do I have direct reports? 3. ST/LT goal 4. Why MBA/ Why Kellogg 5. Leadership, Teamwork, International experiences - I think she wrote the report right away while I was talking because she asked me for some clarification and start typing. 6. What will be your challenge at Kellogg? - Honestly don't know how to answer this question since I mentioned earlier that I was quite adaptive and have lots of international experiences. I probably don't get the question's intention cause the interviewer repeat the question again before give up. 7. How I prioritize 7. Anything I want to tell her - I asked to talk about my extra curricular activities and how I can contribute to Kellogg. 8. Any question for her - I had previously checked her Linkedin so I asked her specifically about the project she did while she was in Kellogg and how it went and she gave lots of details + tips living in Illinois (very nice and thoughtful). - If she could change one thing about Kellogg what would it be -very nice and thoughtful answer. The interview took full 60 mins -45 mins about me and 15 mins about the interviewer.

Had my interview through Skype with a member of Manchester's admissions committee. Questions I was asked are the following: - Some version of "walk me through your resume." - What are your short and long term goals? (Follow up is any plan Bs?) - Why Manchester? - Have you talked to any students or alumni? - Some questions that are specific to my work experience so far. - Any questions for me? The interview felt on the casual. Definitely wasn't a nerve-wrecking experience for me.

Had my interview through Skype. My interviewer tried asking questions that were specific to my background and work experience (I won't mention these questions because they're likely not that relevant to other applicants). "General" questions I got were: - Tell me of a time when you needed help from others. - What does your undergrad course lack that an MBA can help in? (+ another version of "Why MBA?") - What do you like about CJBS? - Tell me of a business book that you have read. - Where do you see yourself in X years? - Any questions for me? Got my acceptance with $ 9 days after the interview. Goodluck.

I had a lovely interview with an AdCom Counselor - interview lasted around 45 mins and was very comfortable. Here are the Q's I was asked (not necessarily in that order) - MBA/Foster Qs - - What skills are you trying to address from the MBA? - Why Foster? - Why now? - What roles and countries? [I was asked a Plan B since Product Management is popular and very competitive. There was also a Q around what countries might I be interested in which was probably in light of the recent visa troubles/restrictions in the US] - Short term and long term goals [More of a detailed form of the previous Q] - What can you contribute to Foster - What do you bring to Foster [I answered the previous Q from a clubs perspective, this one from my personal traits perspective] Behavioral Questions - - A time when you doubted yourself? - Three words your teammate would use to describe you - If you're not the lead on a team, what role do you like to take up? [This was fun - different from a standard "Tell me about a time.." format] - Time you disagreed with your manager? - Received feedback [Example was positive feedback] - Received 'constructive' feedback - Outside of work what do you do Overall, very conversational and as someone said on their debrief, if you spend some time reading through the past Q's from the debriefs here, you'll have ~90% of your interview covered :) For my more talkative peeps here - I am generally very talkative on interviews and the interviewer never made me feel like I was overextending my welcome. Hope that helps calm some anxiety!
