I did my interview on Thursday. Format was virtual with an admissions officer and a 2nd year student sort of taking turns asking questions. It was a mix of get to know you type questions and behavioral type questions where they asked some things like: a time when I gave a presentation and how it went; something I'm most proud of; what I've done/I do to support diversity and inclusion within my organization, etc... I felt very comfortable throughout as they did an excellent job of making it feel like a dialogue and not just a sequence of questions I had to answer. I asked the 2nd year student how they decided to attend Scheller when they were applying to schools and they gave a very candid answer that I really appreciated.

My interview took around 30-35 minutes including my questions; it was pretty relaxed more as a conversation.
I was interviewed by the admissions team and the questions were pretty standard:
- Walk me through your Resume
- Why MBA, Why now and Why Georgetown
- Short term and long term career goals
- Plan B if the first career choice does not work
- Recent challenging situation and how did you handle it
- What will be the decision making factors for selecting the school, if you are admitted to multiple MBA programs

I just got done with my interview.
Yullia, a second year Ukrainian student took my interview.
- A brief description of your journey from undergrad to now
- what are your hobbies?
- why georgetown?
- what are the other schools you have applied to?
- if I ask your manager to state the weaknesses and strengths of Sandipan what will they be?
- what are the qualities that you look up to while leading a team?
- the school can be really challenging with diverse people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Give me examples where you overcame challenges like this and achieved something.
- if you get into georgetown and some other school, how will you choose the one to go to?
- the school has a really intensive quantitative curriculum. Do you think you are fit to be an ideal Mcdonough student in this regard?
- do you have any question to ask?
The interview lasted 40+ mins and post interview we discussed about career opportunities, the war in Ukraine, and how we can all give back something to the world.

I had my interview in-person as part of a visit day. It was very straightforward. She was nice and welcoming. Questions themselves were very basic MBA interview questions and don't seem to have changed based on the other interview debriefs I've seen here:
- Walk me through your resume
- Why MBA?
- LT/ST goals
- Why Darden
- Tell me about a challenging situation
- Time you worked with someone different than you
- What do you like to do for fun?

Hi folks, I had my interview with Diana Fleming last night. She was really nice and the whole interview felt very conversational. She'd occasionally interrupt, in a good way, to add her comments or ask questions as you go through your resume/background. Some major takeaways:
- She intently followed the 30-minute time limit; the last 5 minutes left for questions
- The standard questions I got: Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume, why MBA now, why Goizueta.)
- At least half of my questions/time was spent on follow-up questions based on my background, which I think happens very often in Goizueta's interviews. So I'd suggest future interviewees be prepared for that. (Questions like, tell me a little more about this particular experience, what you've learned in this experience, etc.)
I got caught off guard a bit when she asked me those "unexpected" follow-up questions, but I think I did ok overall. Hope for the best!
