Hey could you share your GMAT score?

Class X - 10 cgpa, Class XII - 92%, Gmat - 700, Work ex - Salesforce developer 3+ yr - Author, talents in writing, knowledge, art and music , trained a team, 2 internships. Apart from this i prepared a pitch for essays and interviews and both went really well.

Is there any published work of yours?

Yes, a book, anthology to be exact

Apart from research paper during my btech

And hello from Rainy Seattle - assuming you are in the PNW somewhere.
I feel you have very strong chances for both programs taking into consideration your stats and experience. Definitely your profile would add value to the programs.

You are also ideal for the PT/Online programs and there are quite a few if you are only looking for a credential without the sticker shock. Many times people who are staying within their company look to cut through the chase and I applaud for you looking at high quality institutions. I assume you talked to your employer already, but if not, one recommendation, talk to them about the path, promotion, your goals and expectations. It is better to lay them out there and have them prepared and ready for your plan. I have seen a number of opportunities missed just because it takes time and HR is lazy and people were not promoted in time. Hope you can avoid that.

P.S. In case you do want to change companies/jobs - Foster is strong with tech. I don't know if MBA is really valued in Boeing and such. They have been shrinking and I had a friend laid off after 12 years there (Aircraft Sales group). He said most of the promotions there come from Inside but you may know better as you are in the industry (I am not).

Did you just apply for the USC OMBA program ? Have you heard from them ?

I applied on the 16th and received an email on the 19th that they are reviewing my application, I have not heard from them or received an interview invitation. Have you received your decision ?

Hey MBASC, I was accepted a couple days ago. I didn't receive any prior emails before the acceptance email.
