I am a healthcare professional with a background as a high-risk OB Registered Nurse and experience in healthcare-focused venture capital. My post-MBA short-term goal is to transition into healthcare consulting, ideally at a leading firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, to address operational inefficiencies and improve patient care systems. Long-term, I aspire to take on a C-suite leadership role within a healthcare organization, where I can advocate for equitable, patient-centered policies and systemic change. I am primarily targeting opportunities in the U.S., particularly in regions with strong healthcare ecosystems, such as the East Coast or Midwest, but I am open to other regions based on alignment with my goals.

Being an engineer with vast international experience, I began my academic journey in Mechanical Engineering in Brazil, where I developed a strong technical foundation before completing a double-degree program in France, specializing in vibrations and acoustics. Since then, my professional career has been primarily based in Switzerland, where I have applied my technical and managerial skills to environmental and acoustic engineering roles.
Today I participate in the airport’s environmental noise management strategy, overseeing noise modelling, system reliability, and data analysis to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Before assuming managerial responsibilities, gained strong technical expertise in acoustic engineering at Autoneum Management AG, optimizing vehicle NVH performance through advanced simulations and tool development. Earlier roles at PSA Group and Valeo provided experience in aerodynamic and acoustic analysis, supporting the transition into data-driven environmental management leadership.

I completed my UG(BBA) in May. During my college days, I did three internships in different companies as a content writer. I worked in an NGO, an education platform, and in a service-based industry. Later, I began my own newsletter publication. Focusing on a global audience. My publication is read in more than 5 countries.
I aim to work as a marketing person in the service industry sectors. I'm looking into whether I can apply for an MBA. If yes, when can I? Does my profile have good value to do an MBA now? Or do I need to work for a year, then do an MBA?

I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Korea) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) with four years of professional experience at PwC Korea’s Tax practice. In my current role at Samil PwC, I provide strategic tax advisory services to corporate clients, helping them design efficient tax strategies and maintain compliance with both Korean and international regulations. My work includes analyzing complex corporate structures to assess tax and operational risks, as well as preparing and reviewing tax filings and audit documentation to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Before beginning my professional career, I served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Air Force, where I conducted compliance reviews and managed safety inspections to enhance organizational accountability and efficiency. Academically, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yonsei University, graduating with the highest honors (GPA 4.1/4.3). My interest in financial risk management led me to apply Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate corporate resilience under various stress scenarios, which earned me a Bronze Prize in the Financial Engineering Solution Competition through the Yonsei Forum of Risk Management.
Beyond academics and work, I have demonstrated leadership and mentorship through my experience as a CPA tutor, helping peers improve their accounting and finance exam performance. I also served as a mentor in the Yonsei Mentos Club, supporting exchange students and organizing cultural programs, and initiated a barter-based student engagement project through the Yonsei University Student Advisory Group.
Fluent in both Korean and English, and proficient in Excel, Python, and PowerPoint, I combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills. I aim to leverage my background in taxation, risk analysis, and financial modeling to pursue the MSc Finance program at the National University of Singapore (NUS), with the long-term goal of becoming a globally minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who integrates strategic insight with sound financial leadership.
