arushi118, wondering about your b-school choice as these are very different b-schools. You must take your intended career outcomes into factor when you create your target b-school list and I don't see HEC Montreal as a natural fit in that pursuit.
Would live to know more about your experiences and the career transition that you are seeking.

Speaking about your profile, it’s difficult to gauge competitiveness because your GPA will require a very strong compensating story, ideally a strong GMAT and clear evidence of academic and analytical strength. Wharton will expect strong quant readiness, while INSEAD and HEC Montréal are more flexible but will still want demonstrated leadership, international exposure, and solid professional impact.

Your consulting background is promising, but the strength of your projects, promotions, and responsibilities will matter a lot, especially since the academics are a concern. To give you a realistic evaluation, it would help to know your total work experience, the scale of your achievements, any certifications or quant-heavy work, and extracurricular involvement.
