Good Luck!
1) Strong academics: NIT Warangal (8.02), solid 10th/12th.
2) Fast trajectory: Promotion to Senior Associate at BNY within ~2 years.
3) Real leadership signals: Project ownership, mentoring, hiring panels.
4) Tech to Consulting pivot makes sense (problem-solving, client exposure, scale).
Gaps:
GMAT/GRE missing, target: GMAT FE 675-695+ (or GRE equivalent).
Goals need sharpening: “consulting” is broad, define the type (strategy/ops/tech transformation), industries, and why now.
Social impact, not mandatory, but a light, authentic commitment, helps.
About the schools:
ISB: Your profile fits their tech + leadership mix.
LBS: Target/Stretch depending on GMAT. Emphasize global exposure and leadership.
INSEAD: Stretch unless GMAT is strong and goals are crisp; highlight multicultural teamwork and consulting readiness.
Other schools that you can explore include IESE, HEC Paris, and Cambridge Judge.
What to do next:
1) Test score: Lock GMAT/GRE early.
2) Leadership stories: Quantify impact (revenue saved, users scaled, risk reduced).
3) Social impact (light but real): Tech-for-good (coding workshops, NGO analytics), mentoring first-gen students, sustained commitment > one-off volunteering.
Tips for Essays:
Frame your arc as “builder > leader > advisor”:
Electrical engineering > scalable tech delivery at BNY > advising organizations on transformation (consulting).
Questions:
1) Which consulting vertical do you want (tech transformation, ops, financial services)?
2) What decision did you own end-to-end that changed outcomes?
3) Why INSEAD/LBS/ISB specifically for your pivot (clubs, recruiting pipelines, curriculum)?
We’d love to learn more about your academic background, extracurricular activities, work experience, and personal journey so that we can provide a tailored profile evaluation and an honest school assessment. Feel free to book an evaluation session.

Cheers!

I'd also advise you to probe your career goals and evaluate whether consulting is the right fit career goal for you given your past experience and possibly your career interests. Have conversations with people in your network to understand what they do and what are the pros and cons. Similarly, have conversations with senior managers you admire in your organization to understand their work. Right now is the best time to build awareness on different career paths so that when you finally apply, you are more informed and make the right career decisions. This is super important from an admissions perspective as well.
Take up activities that speak to your interests and past experiences. If something like mentoring others on technology feels more natural, then pursue that, but do it more grandly and persistently than helping bunch of folks here and there. Eventually, you should be able to quantify bullets related to your ECAs, so be intentional about using your time in these activities.

Helping applicants achieve their MBA dreams since 2011
Most of the European MBA programs are shorter in duration, and look for greater years of WE. Given your Indian, Male, Engineer profile, WE of 4+ years will definitely pitch you in a better position.
While my own Indian Engineer applicant/candidates have gone to LBS & INSEAD with ~3 years of WE, the rest of their application has been very strong, and the stories compelling.
Do you have to have Social Service in your resume. The answer is a clear NO, but you would need examples of demonstrated leadership outside of your Work Space, whether they were in organizing events, or aligning teams or such.
That said, given your Indian Male Engineer Status, a higher than average GMAT score and good Extra-Curriculars (including those in college) would help you differentiate well.
Hope that helps. Please submit your profile for a Free Assessment over a 1:1 call. https://theivyleagueedge.com/index.php/contactus/
