Thanks for sharing your profile, @bboi2000. You look like a potential international tech-to-strategy consultant whom top schools recruit. Good GMAT.

About the school fit:
MIT Sloan can like your (tech + data + international exposure). The risk is that Sloan wants leadership beyond execution.

Wharton can like your quant rigour + consulting pipelines. The risk is that it needs very clear leadership and a “why Wharton” story. Not a long shot, but it can be realistic with sharp execution.

Booth can like your Data-driven mindset, analytics comfort. Risk: Less obvious leadership narrative unless framed well.

Kellogg can appreciate your consulting outcomes, teamwork, and leadership.

INSEAD can like your international profile, consulting pivot, and Japan exposure. Risk: Need strong interpersonal leadership stories.

Gaps: People leadership > You need at least 2–3 strong stories showing: Influencing without authority, leading juniors/cross-cultural teams and owning outcomes, not just analysis. Other would be Why consulting (post-MBA)? Avoid generic “strategy consulting” goals. Be specific, MBB or Tier-2? Focus areas: digital transformation, AI strategy, public sector, geopolitics?

For LORs, try to choose one senior leader from Accenture Japan, and another can be a stakeholder who saw your leadership under ambiguity

Questions:
1) Which consulting firms are you targeting post-MBA?
2) Do you want to specialize in AI/data strategy or broader management consulting?
3) Have you led teams or workstreams end-to-end yet?
4) Are you open to Europe vs the US post-MBA?

We’d love to learn more about your academics, extracurriculars, work experience, and personal journey so we can provide a tailored profile evaluation and honest school assessment. Recently, most of the LBS Applicants who worked with Shantanu, INSEAD Alumnus, Founder and Admissions Consultant, MBA and Beyond, received interview invitations. If you'd like, please feel free to book an evaluation session.
