With three years of professional experience, I'd very strongly advise you to wait until the Round 1 applications starting in September this year. the third and fourth rounds are extremely competitive at most b-schools and not the preferred rounds to apply, unless you are a unique candidate. In your case, you are yet to take the GMAT and you will surely benefit from a little more work experience (the average work exp at European b-schools is ~6 years, so you will be better placed to apply with another 6 months' experience)
The extra time in hand will allow you to work on your profile. First among the requirements would be GMAT/ GRE. Aim for a 695+/ 330+ score. On the work experience front, you have some strong points with the AI initiatives. Keep up the good work and build further on this experience. Eventually what would benefit you is showing $$ impact of your projects, especially on the resume. I believe you will be able to come up with some strong leadership stories with your AI implementation efforts in a life science company (overcoming resistance from people).
College ECAs alone are not enough to show a well rounded profile, so keep up your work with the engagement committee. Once again, I will stress, that having tangible impact is better than doing small and one-off initiatives that you can't quantify or show results for.
Your career goals sound alright, especially for b-schools such as INSEAD which are very consulting heavy. But I will need to understand how your past experience naturally leads you to a consulting career. Consulting jobs have become rare with the current job scenarios in European markets, so you will need to tread your goals statements carefully.

Helping applicants achieve their MBA dreams since 2011
Thank you again for the detailed feedback — it was very helpful.
I’m currently preparing for the GMAT focus and plan to take it in February; recent mock scores are in the 750+ range. On the work side, I’m continuing to build on the AI initiative, which is currently delivering ~€480K in annualized cost savings per lab within the division, with plans to scale further.
Given my focus on schools like INSEAD, I’d appreciate your guidance on what more I can do over the next few months to further strengthen my profile and maximize both admission and scholarship chances. I’d be happy to proceed with a detailed profile evaluation.
Please let me know the next steps.
Best regards

Priyanka here from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, I would recommend applying in R1 next year. R3 and R4 are usually not recommended for international applicants. Since your mocks have been above 750, an actual score above 750 would greatly strengthen your profile by demonstrating your academic capability. Highlight more about your AI initiative and cost savings in your essays. Overall your profile looks strong, focus on building a strong narrative and aligning your short and long term goals.
I’d be happy to offer you a free profile review for your target programs to see where you stand and how to boost your chances, happy to help!
