I am currently a Client Service Specialist working with Pooled and IMA clients at Insight Investment, where I act as both the daily representative of the firm to institutional clients and an internal advocate for client needs. In this role, I work closely with pension schemes managing day-to-day and ad hoc client requests while ensuring high standards of service delivery in a regulated investment management environment.
Previously, I have gained experience across client servicing and proposal management roles within global asset management firms, including Federated Hermes and Barings. These roles have given me broad exposure to how large financial institutions operate, how teams collaborate across functions, and how strategic and operational decisions are made to support business growth and client outcomes.
Alongside my corporate career, I am the founder of Board in the City, a non-profit social initiative creating physical and digital community spaces for young professionals through board games and shared experiences. Since launching, I have grown an engaged community of over 600 members, delivered multiple sold-out events across London, and raised over £1000 in 6 months for charity partners. Building Board in the City has strengthened my skills in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, operations, marketing, and community-led growth, while reinforcing my interest in how organisations create sustainable value beyond profit.
In the long term, my goal is to move into consulting to deepen my understanding of how businesses operate across industries, solve complex problems, and scale effectively. I see consulting as a critical step in developing strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and execution skills before ultimately launching my own ventures that sit at the intersection of business, community, and social impact.
