Academics: NMIMS has a good representation of MBA candidates at these b-schools. To top this, you have a good GPA. The schools grades don't matter when you are applying to b-schools abroad as most b-schools don't ask for them. Aim for a 675+ score which will help your applications to many other competitive b-schools.
Work experience- working at Nomura definitely lends prestige. Your achievements, leadership and $$ impact will matter in your applications as showing these in an impressive way can remarkably increase your chances of acceptance. You seem to be an early career achiever and you have another 6-7 months to keep building your profile. However, I find that your current description is very focused on the technical aspects of your work; your MBA application should instead show your softer skills instead of the technical ones as b-schools are looking to groom leaders in career pathways that require leadership and business skills. Showing this business bent is specifically crucial if you want to grow within investment banking. This brings me to your goals- what do you wish to do post MBA? If you want to transition from back office to front office, then it will not be easy, and you will have to come up with a very solid story to back this.
