Profile evaluation for IIM, Government background, from India

I have been selected for IPMX IIM LUCKNOW program from R3 waitlist.

I want to know should i go or retake gmat and target ISB next year.
I am credit officer at a public sector bank with total work experience of 5 years.
Views please?

What roles are you targeting post-MBA? The decision on whether to join IIM Lucknow would largely depend on how well the program aligns with those goals.
