Speaking about your profile, I see a good and stable profile for ISB with a strong academic base and 4 years of experience in a PSU, especially in supply chain & inventory management. Your experience looks relevant and can be positioned well for your energy-focused goals.

That said, PSU backgrounds can sometimes come across as execution-heavy, so your application will need to clearly highlight ownership, impact, and any initiatives you’ve led like- process improvements, cost savings, scale. Also, your differentiation will come from how you connect your current experience to energy/operations/strategy roles post-MBA.
