After 5 years of working in the retail banking space I am ready to switch to investment banking.
I have a post graduate diploma in Business Administration.
Prior to Banking I worked on a Fish farm as a nursery supervisor. My first degree was in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences

Will need additional information to make a better assessment of your fit to the above mentioned programs. However, from the limited info that you have provided retail banking tends to be overrepresented and hence you will need strong academics and test scores to convince the adcom. Further, you can explore some other East Coast B schools since they will position you quite well for a full time career in Investment Banking. Ghana is an underrepresented country across most schools and hence that will definitely work for your case.
