Just a few quick thoughts: your activity during college is good and important but that was several years ago and that only talks about your college times. It indicates you had time available despite being busy in college so make sure you give it some attention but don’t make it the focus of everything because you want to focus on your current accomplishments in your job.
In terms of schools to recommend, nothing much else comes to mind perhaps Berkeley and Sloan and maybe on the safety level, would be darden or Johnson but I think you’ve captured schools pretty well. VC is heavily networked and off-campus.
