I have recently completed 12.5 years in IT. Predominantly I have worked for 10.5 years in Cards and Payments business domain and 2 years in Insurance business domain. In my earlier years, I had worked as a Developer and later on I have moved to more of a Solution Designer and Subject Matter Expertise roles. From past 5 years, I am working as a Senior Lead for my team and I am supervising a team of 14 people spread across India.
After my MBA, I dont want to work as an Individual Contributor like a Product Manager or an Analyst or a Consultant. I want to be a Leader because eventually, every role ends up about managing people. I am targeting Sep 2024 intake for countries like US/Canada/UK/Australia and China.

INSEAD is a solid program. Mostly focused on placing into consulting but other industries are also abound…
One last comment - you are on the more experienced side and that means your recruiting will have to be done on your own. I assume you are OK with that but just bringing it up…. Could also see LBS and Judge as other options for Europe. Obviously a ton of programs in the US including Sloan Fellows and Stanford MSx.
