I am UX designer with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science engineering. I wish to progress ahead in the field of Product Management where I can stand at the fulcrum of design, technology and business and run the show.

Not sure if ISB would be a great path towards PM. However, your experience is on the lower side, so put in application with atleast 3.5+ years of experience. Anything above 700 GMAT would get you across the line.
