Nice job getting into MBB from undergrad. It is awsome to be sponsored in BSChool. It is hard to tell how you will fare based on that alone. Your stats are good-enough I feel and a lot will come through based on your soft factors. Your story, your perceived performance compared to your peers, etc.
Your GMAT is obviously slightly below average but I would not make any moves about it at this point, 1 month before the deadline. I would recommend getting help from as many of your company team-members who have done an MBA as you can. Ask for advice, ask for input, ask them to check your apps and essays. Leverage your network - lots of MBA folks at MBB's who will be happy to share their stories and experience and help out.
