Currently working for a procurement and strategy boutique consulting firm with clientele in the US. Post MBA, want to switch to MBB, and work in the US.

Congrats on your profile! There are many MBA programs that can help you get into MBB and that place really well into MBB. Similarly, if you are not a good fit for the MBB, no matter which MBA program you attend, it wont' help. What helps the most is second year MBA Students who help you do cases, mock interviews, etc. Most schools within the Top 15 will help you get an MBB position and I would recommend expanding your scope a bit (perhaps in R2) to consider if you are looking for scholarship.

I would also say, depending on the consulting company you work for and how well known or uknown it is, your chances may vary quite a bit. E.g. if an MBB recruiter sees your resume and recognizes the company name, then it is awesome and you as a Kellogg student will stand out from even HBS applicants. At the same time, if your employer is not known to a US MBB recruiter, then more work is needed ot dress it up and present it well and do coffee chats with recruiters/alums/liasions/etc. Well, you will still have to do a ton of coffee chats but just would be easier
