Hm... not sure if you meant to request a profile review, but quite difficult without more details but in general I would say, you have all aspects of a potentially successful applicant. Your GPA is on the lower side. Anything below 3.5 is low at BSchool so you may want to have a bit of an explanation as to what you were busy with in undergrad or what distracted you from achieving a higher GPA or perhaps that your institution was really tough and 3.4 was the best you could get.... just some thoughts based on the stats you provided
