My guess you probably want a higher score for Ross but Kelley and Judge nay work, though I would not expect any Aid with 650 so may be worth retaking if you think there is a chance you can do better and if you can improve by more than 30 points, def worth waiting until R2.

In terms of career, I guess you are going to recruit in CPG, staying in the same industry - that helps a lot having prior work experience, however, CPG is not a super popular track these days - few companies sponsor H1B's and the pay is not as good as Consulting or Tech or finance in the US at least. Just heads up but I think with your background it still makes sense to pursue as you will have the best shot at recruiting. It will be networking and recruiting on your own. I would recommend that you start now and reach out to students and try to connect with folks from CPG background or looking to get into this area - this will help in the long term.

One of the points makes me a little hesitant about my profile is the employability after graduate. Indeed the pay is not as good as Consulting/ Tech/ Finance & probably not a favorable profile that schools want. Yet I can't go away for the passion hehe Definitely would follow your advice to reach out folks & go networking.
