I have worked in different managerial roles in a single government-sector bank in India in different locations. I have worked in relationship Management as well as in operations. My target industry is Consulting. I have graduated from the top college in my state, but nationwide it is not considered a premier institute. I scored 70% which converted to GPA is pretty low, however this is considered a great score as per the academic grading in my university. So, I am not sure how to go on about that. I have also done Post Graduate diploma in Banking and Finance where my CGPA was 8.6 out of 10. I am targeting colleges such as Kenan-Flagler, Mendoza, Terry, Foster, Warwick, St Gallen, ESADE. I look for guidance on whether my profile is suitable for these schools. Which schools (even if they are not in my list) do I have a good chance of getting in?
Aim to bring about the transferable skills between your previous roles and where you aim to be i.e. consulting. Speaking with current/ex-consultants can help get finer nuances here.
Also try to identify which specific domain(s)/ niche(s) within consulting can you serve best post MBA. For example, most big consulting firms have Financial Services practice-lines, and some small/mid sized boutiques focus on Financial Services clients. Perhaps some overlaps there?
Lastly, you could use the optional/ additional essay space to explain the academic grading of your university (i.e. low GPA).
Hope this helps a bit. Feel free to reach out for a deeper chat.

Understanding that your undergraduate GPA may not directly reflect your academic abilities due to the grading system, it's important to communicate this context in your applications. Admissions committees are familiar with international grading systems and can take this into account.
With your work experience, there's likely a wealth of depth and stories that you can draw upon to create compelling essays.
Your school list seems well thought out, but I'm curious about your specific reasons for choosing these programs. Are there particular aspects of these schools' MBA programs that align with your career objectives in consulting?
If you're looking to delve deeper into your profile's fit for these schools or explore other potential programs that might suit your career trajectory, don't hesitate to reach out
