Hi Aditi,

Your GMAT score and undergrad pedigree are good. The sports background and non-profit work give the profile an interesting balance. GPA and # years work-ex might be a bit on the lower side (most M7's have work-ex average ~5 years at time of joining: assuming yours would be a year less?), however this shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Would need some more details to assess the strength of the professional arc e.g. were there promotions within your role(s)? Broadly though, linking your past experiences to post-MBA goals and how an MBA would fit in, can help have a strong narrative.

Regards,
Arvind

Hello Aditi,
Let's dive in and understand different aspects of your profile -
1. Previous exp - While you are associated with top brands, the years of work experience for getting into Harvard and Stanford would. be a little less.
2. Post Exp - While you have a strong reason to continue in tech, you need to better explain your position on changing the countries, moving abroad and what do you seek different from your current role and why
3. International Exposure and Social aspects - You need to have a very strong backing for your extra curriculars since its very competitive. Since you have sports and social activities that you have taken up, weave a good story around your achievements in these areas!

Happy to have a conversation with you! Feel free to reach out!
