Good luck!
A while the GRE score is not fantastic, I have seen people with almost the same score get into Darden earlier. as you not switching careers and leveraging your strengths, I feel you have a chance but I wouldn’t expect any kind of a scholarship or I should say I would be very joyful if I were to get one 😇

Hello @Bee2023,

Your profile looks good on the surface. A master's degree in electrical engineering is a strong foundation, especially when transitioning to a product management role in tech. It demonstrates your technical expertise and can provide you with a unique perspective. While the GRE score of 314 is decent, it's essential to emphasize other strengths in your application. Admissions committees consider a holistic view, so showcasing your professional accomplishments, leadership potential, and fit with the program is crucial. A GPA of 9.3 is excellent and demonstrates your academic capabilities.

Having experience in two different countries can be a significant advantage. It shows adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and a global perspective — qualities that are highly valued in today's interconnected business environment. With over 5 years of experience in the tech industry, you likely have gained valuable insights and skills that are relevant to product management.

Clearly articulate why you are transitioning from a hardware engineering role to product management after your MBA. Admissions committees want to see a logical progression and understand your motivations.

Emphasize any leadership roles, impactful projects, or initiatives you've led or contributed to during your professional experience. This will showcase your ability to drive results and influence change, which is essential for product management roles.

Quick advice, wont be in favor of you applying to Round 3 to rush in this intake. Would probably make sense to defer your plans to next year and put in a solid application by retaking the GRE and working towards your career goals with more leadership. You have strong potential but it seems like you are rushing in this year which may not be the best strategy.
Anyway all the best with your applications!
