Background-
Nationality India currently working in the UAE (Dubai). IIT Bombay 2015 graduate ( top under graduate school of India). Have 8.5 years of work experience across India and Dubai where I have worked extensively in two startups which we grew from scratch to one of the top in the industry. In the current role heading an entire vertical of 35 people and responsible for p&l

Why MBA
Need to get into either consulting or top VC/PE firms.
Extra currics-
Was elected as a General Secretary by voting in my 4th year of UG. Stood for college wide elections but lost by a very close margin ( doesn't count but this election is massive in our college spanning to forming team of 40-50 people and investing 2-3 months)
Was in the swimming team of the college and very deep interest in playing musical instruments

Your profile definitely looks very promising! You have a good GMAT Score and also a good professional background.
If you're focus is on getting into top consulting firms, the brand name of the University matters greatly. Do not compromise on this aspect! Saying so, INSEAD and HEC in France are really good options. LBS focusses heavily on Finance - so if your focus is VC this helps you establish a strong background as well.
For Consulting I would rank them as under
1. INSEAD
2. IESE
3. HEC
4. LBS
5. IE
For VC, I would definitely put LBS on top!
That being said, the quality of your application will matter a lot when it comes to these colleges due to the volume of applications. In order to stand out of the pool of applicants, it would be very important to showcase your profile in the best way possible and emphasize on what you bring to the table and what you seek from this experience, accompanied with strong LORs, etc.
